Welcome to www.CorsoLuv.com. This is a Christian Family owned and operated Cane Corso Site, for both our returning & first time visitors alike. We greatly appreciate your support.
About us here at www.CorsoLuv.com. We have been into Molossers all of our lives but particularly the Corsos since 1993. Finally we thought we were able to get the ball rolling on our foundation stock, but yet again hit a minor set back. This is life, and we feel waiting for the Ideal Foundation Stock will be well worth it.
We here at the pages want to provide you with all of the Cane Corso Italiano aka. Italian Mastiff, aka, Corso Dog, aka Cane Corso Mastiff knowledge as possible. Share photos, info, and your letters to us about your good and bad breeder experiences. And anything else you can possibly imagine. For those who have been with us since the start we THANK YOU, and you know just how excited we are and how far we have come!
We believe in preserving the Cane Corso Italiano in its most pure form and workability. We also believe there are two types of Corsi. There are the:
CCI = Cane Corso Italiano,
and the
ACC = American Cane Corso
This does not mean one is a Corso and one is not, this only helps refer to the difference in size and registries.
We are lovers of the Breed as a whole, and do not participate in the political mumbo jumbo that is all to familiar with this breed the Cane Corso. We do no discriminate in any way on our pages or on our board. We believe it is a matter of choice and personal taste. "To each is own!" That is truly how we feel, and anyone who knows us will tell you that. We just happen to admire and love the CCI, and always will. We believe that a dog bred to work should do just that...WORK! This does not mean ACC does not match up to the CCI or cannot show off their stuff on this site, or on our Message Board. ALL, and we do mean ALL are welcome! This just means we prefer the more compact version of the Cane Corso with tight proportionate features.
The family here at CorsoLuv Passion Page Network would like to offer you a variety of reasons to visit and stay active on our board, site, and NEWLY add Chat Room. We have spent much time collecting information on this CC breed, and tried our best to come up with some fun, interest keeping site features that are always updated. However this is a site for the Corso Lovers of the world as a whole, so ALL are Welcome! There are no politics involved or bashing of any kind tolerated on our Message Board, or Passion Pages. This is a place for those to come and learn of the Cane Corso Italiano, & the American Cane Corso and to LOVE. We believe this breed is far deeper than any passion, and is more of a virus. Those of you that own a Cane Corso know exactly what I am speaking of.
In 1993 my passion for the Cane Corso Italiano began, and now as the years pass the passion grows larger by the second. Those of you who have visited before and continue to return I THANK YOU! You have lasted through all the construction, changes, and weeks on weeks of temporary site shut down. We are here now to stay.
The original Passion Pages was a free site I decided to establish after many years of personal interest & research on the Cane Corso Italiano. Well, the overwhelming response of photos overloaded my storage space, so I had to either shut down my service to you the Corso Lover or purchase a site address. Anyhow my love for the Cane Corso only burns deeper as the days pass, so I am here for the long haul. Even ten years later, every day is a new learning experience for me with this breed.
Welcome to our Passion Pages, my name is Nena. (owner & founder of www.CorsoLuv.com.) Our family here at CorsoLuv Passion Page Network began with myself back in '93. (Nena) About 6 years later then came a slate gray male Cane Corso I called Bronx. About 1.5 yeas after that, an old high school friend & I reunited.
We found we shared a common passion for the Molosser type breeds. As blessing will be, we fell in LOVE, were married & started a family. Together we have decided to expand the Original CorsoLuv Passion Pages into an even more desired tool to service our extended Corso & Molosser Family. Recently we have decided to change this back to a Cane Corso Site ONLY seeing as that is why I initially created it.
Our CorsoLuv Passion Pages still & always will offer breed related information, RESCUE help, assist those in search of a breeders and more. We always welcome questions, comments, or just a friendly "Hello, I'm new to this breed" or "Can you believe what Bo Bo has done now?" type of story E-Mails.
